Permit to place an advertising structure, per one |

- "Advertising structure" is a structure or a device not larger than 2x2 m.
- Location of the advertising structure shall be negotiated with the customer.
- The rate does not cover the cost of electric power, water and compressed air consumption.
- Expocentre shall bear no responsibility for the safety of an advertising structure is damage is done by other parties.

Permit for a distributor of information and promotional materials (promoter) |

- Distribution of information and promotional materials at Expocentre Fairgrounds is allowed for participants only for the exhibition period with a permit for a distributor of information and promotional materials.
- The permit enables to distribute information and promotional materials within the venue of the show and in compliance with its thematic subjects.
- Distribution of information and promotional materials is prohibited in the pavilions where other exhibitions run and in visitor registration zones.
- The permit is individual and nontransferable.
- The incomplete pass is invalid.
- If an exhibitor obtains a permit, he/she is obliged to comply with Approved Procedure for Distribution of Promotional Materials at Expocentre Fairgrounds.
- • To obtain a permit, fill in application form and submit it to the service managers with the samples of the promotional materials in electronic format or in hard copies.
- In case life size cutouts or technical equipment are used, the photos of them shall be submitted.
- Service Bureau issues a paid permit on the basis of Power-of-Attorney (D01) and application for services signed by both parties (issued by a service manager).
