Epson SC-F9300 textile printers from Textile and Technologies (Ò&T) (Inlegmash 2020, Stand FD020)

13 / 12 / 2019

Epson printers are deservedly popular with Russian textile printing companies, which is proven by multiple cases of installation of such equipment. For instance, Moscow-based Promofabric has acquired its third Espon sublimation printer since the beginning of the year. Two recent contracts have also been reported by Textile and Technologies. A synthetic fabric printing complex based on the Epson SC-F9300 sublimation printer and Monti Antonio 180T calender has been installed on the premises of Krasnodar-based Virgin. A similar complex supplemented with an Epson SC-F2100 direct-to-garment printer was commissioned by Petrozavodsk-based Tvoya Tipografia.

Capacities of Tvoya Tipografia increased a lot following installation of direct-to-garment printing equipment. A combination of synthetic fabric printing sublimation and natural fabric printing pigment technologies allows the company to offer services to the broadest range of private and corporate clients. The Monti Antonio calendar fixes the pigment dye and transfers the image from sublimation paper to fabric.

Another owner of the new textile printing complex based on the Epson printer is Virgin. The demand for a broader product range and lesser space prompted the company to find a rapid solution.

As a result, the company purchased the printing complex, which reduced its warehouse stock and quantity of end products and enabled Virgin to make the necessary amount of printed textile products with various designs within a short period of time. It is always possible to rapidly print any required designs using the company’s equipment.

The complex has three important features of textile printing equipment:

  • Work with knitted and elastic fabrics, the ability to work with cuts;
  • Stable colour reproduction when printing a file from batch to batch;
  • Printing gradients without artifacts (stripes, grain), the transfer of small details.

For the best printing quality and minimal ink consumption, Textile and Technologies supplies Epson F9300 printers together with the NeoStampa raster image processors of the Italian company InEdit.
