Atexco industrial sublimation in Russia (Inlegmash 2020, Stand FE020)
An Atexco Model X sublimation printer has been installed on the premises of Allart Service. This is the most productive of textile printers available in Russia’s showrooms.
Atexco is a major of the Chinese textile printing market. Allart Service became a Russian distributor of Atexco products in 2019 and commissioned the top model of Atexco sublimation printers in full configuration at its showroom shortly before 2020. The first presentation of the printer has been carried out for the industry magazine Digital Textile.
The printer features eight Kyocera KJ4B 300 heads and uses Atexco sublimation ink supplied in 5-litre canisters. Besides four-colour CMYK printing, the printer can be used in the 8-colour configuration. The printer is equipped with a Jumbo roll feeder that allows the use of paper rolls up to 1 metre in diametre.
According to Allart Service General Director Vladimir Bakhtin, the equipment is being tested in various regimes and demonstrations will begin early in 2020. “We intend to display the printer at every major textile exhibition in Moscow,” he said.
Allart Service has met every technical requirement of the manufacturer such as antistatic flooring; "aluminum" walls of a separate room for the printer; air conditioning, humidification and ventilation system; power supply system, etc., and created optimal infrastructure for printing equipment of this level.
Allart Service is offering comprehensive solutions to manufacturers of textile products, including printing equipment, accessories (calenders in case of sublimation printing), infrastructural solutions, expendables, and service.
