Expocentre and the Soyuzlegprom Russian Union of Entrepreneurs of Textile and Light Industry have started preparations for the Russian Textile Week 2017, which will run with support from the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Russian Civic Chamber at Expocentre Fairgrounds, Moscow, on February 20-23, 2017.

Over four days, the Week will bring together several shows – the Inlegmash 2017 International Exhibition for Textile Manufacturing and Processing, the CJF–Child and Junior Fashion 2016. Spring International Exhibition for Child and Junior Fashion, Maternity Wear, the Interfabric International Exhibition for Fabrics and Textile Materials – and the 4th edition of the Legpromforum International Industry Forum for The Russian Textile Industry.

The expected associated events will welcome participation of representatives of the government, related ministries and departments, business, public and scientific organizations, heads of major companies, and mass media.

The events will be held at several locations at Expocentre Fairgrounds. They will include a series of annual conferences, round tables, workshops, seminars, panels, and other meetings devoted to the industry development.

The organizers and industry experts believe that the Russian Textile Week will become Russia’s main showcase and platform to demonstrate market trends, accomplishments of the home textile industry and new developments, to promote and strengthen investment cooperation between textile enterprisers and financial institutions, and to expand interaction between manufacturers and consumers.
