Denis Manturov attends commencement of garment factory in Ingushetia

Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov has paid a working visit to the Republic of Ingushetia to witness the launch of a series of industrial facilities, the ministry said in a report.

For instance, the industry and trade minister and the head of Ingushetia attended the opening of the Ingushetia garment factory in the village of Ali-Yurt. The factory is part of the federal target program titled “The socioeconomic development of the republic of Ingushetia in 2010–2016.”

The factory will make bed linen, children’s and medical textile products, and sports and special wear. The annual output will top 1.6 million products. After the factory reaches its rated capacity, about 800 workers will be permanently employed.
