International Exhibition Inlegmash 2015

The development strategy of the Russian textile industry and textile engineering in the new economic environment has become the main topic of the 15th International Exhibition Inlegmash 2015 and the 2nd International Industry Forum Legpromforum 2015. The exhibition ran on 21-24 April and the Forum ran on 21-22 April at Expocentre Fairgrounds.

The Inlegmash 2015 Exhibition for Textile Manufacturing and Processing. Technical Textile. Nonwovens was organized by Expocentre in cooperation with Souzlegprom Russian Union of Entrepreneurs of Textile and Light Industry and Messe Duesseldorf GmbH. The show was supported by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, Moscow City Government and ran under the auspices of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

And now the show will run annually. On the total exhibition area of 2,000 sq m 105 companies form 15 countries demonstrated the whole production cycle form primary processing of fibre to production of finished products.

Taking into account a growing demand of the Russian industry for nonwovens, the exhibition organizers arranged the Technical Textile and Nonwovens Salon.

The best technologies and equipment for the textile industry sectors were showcased by well-known Russian and foreign companies, e.g. Dilo Group, La Roche, Galan Textile, Tallers Ratera, Rieter, Marubeni, Tsudakoma, Cormatex, Picanol, Matthys Group, Petrokanat, Mayak, Thermopol, Ves Mir Factory of Nonwovens and Polymatiz. Rost Group and Technology, Retas Makina, Guven Celik, Feilong Machinery, Bullmer, Nimpromtex and others made their debut at the show.

The number of professional visitors amounted to 3,746.

The key event of the Inlegmash 2015 program was the 2nd International Industry Forum – Legpromforum 2015. This important industry event was organized by the Russian Union of Entrepreneurs of Textile and Light Industry (Souzlegprom) and Expocentre.

Legpromforum 2015 was supported by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Eurasian Economic Commission.

The Forum participants discussed strategic objectives and measures aimed to create new opportunities for the textile industry, upgrading and renovation of the industry, support of effective production projects and ensuring their investment appeal.

The international Forum welcomed foreign delegations which showed a growing interest in the initiatives of the Russian Government aimed to support the Russian textile industry. The Forum participants considered opportunities for international cooperation, first of all, among members of the Eurasian Economic Union and in the frames of EEU and BRICS. Souzlegprom and French Association of Textile Machinery Manufacturers (UCMTF) signed the Agreement on Cooperation.

More than 300 delegates from all Russian regions and the CIS took part in the Forum and the exhibition. Among them there were representatives of federal and regional legislative and executive authorities, leading enterprises of the Russian textile industry, business communities, foreign companies and mass media organizations.
